Curative Biosciences Leadership
Curative Bio’s Board of Directors oversees the Chief Executive Officer and other senior management in the competent and ethical operation of Curative on a day-to-day basis and assures that the long-term interests of shareholders are being served. To satisfy the Board’s duties, directors are expected to take a proactive, focused approach to their positions, and set standards to ensure that Curative Bio is committed to business success through the maintenance of high standards of responsibility and ethics.
Richard Damion – Chairman and CEO
Mr. Damion is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of public company experience in the food and beverage industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the industry, including new product and label development, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing. Previously, he was the CEO of Pacific Snacks Inc., the creator of “Kettle Classics” potato chips, “Pacific Lites” and several other innovative food offerings.
Katherine West – Chief Operating Officer, Director
Ms. West serves as the COO and on the Board of Directors. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of Curative Bio. She served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Healthient. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors of SnackHealthy, Inc. She has extensive knowledge in executive management and public company experience.
A.R. “Bud” Grandsaert – President
Bud was on the Development team with Proctor & Gamble for the introduction of Pringles, the most successful extruded Potato Chip in History. He also served as the National Sales Manager for Gallo Wine Co., directing a national Sales force and distribution team to introduce over 40 new wine brands and types.
William Lindberg – Chief Financial Officer
Bill has served as CFO and on the board of several public companies. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. for approximately 20 years assigned to its offices in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, and Santiago.
